Partly restored 300 years old stone farmhouse “House O Venturo” and “Cabaña de Jardin” (Garden Cabin) are the first available rental properties in the rural hamlet LOVENTURO “Lugar O Venturo”. The hamlet is situated in a peaceful and picturesque area, on the south slope of the valley at the edge of the village Baleo. It is surrounded with 2 hectares of land in a quiet forested zone, nicely secluded and remote from neighbouring properties.
Beautiful established garden complete with large shrubs, fruit trees and big grassed terraces is a special aspect of LOVENTURO. The place is very close to the Atlantic coast and La Ria de Ortigueira (Ortigueira Gulf). It is only 5 km to the town of Ortigueira where one can find highly praised O Morouzos beach, shops, supermarkets, medical centre, banks, gym with a pool and sauna & etc.
LOVENTURO (Lugar O Venturo) is next to Espasante town, which is a famous tourist place with bars, restaurants and breath-taking blue flag beaches.
The houses offer all the charms of a rustic home with modern services and stand out with their location and possibilities to enjoy the tranquillity and harmony face to face with nature. The houses are perfectly fit for the couples but can also be used by families with one or two children. Each building has a locally sourced slate terrace fully furnished with the typical garden furniture that allows you to sunbathe or enjoy a pleasant summer night. Both houses have fully equipped kitchens, washing machines, wood stoves, clothes irons, they also have wifi and television. There is barbecue equipment. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.
